Umami in Maastricht

I have eaten here now at least a handful of times and I have yet to find fault with this restaurant.

A very chic and trendy 'sfeer' but not noisy or full of loud music like some more modern places. Conversation is easy to have here.

The menu is very fresh, very different, the price is super good, the quantities are perfect and the 'format' of this restaurant is a bit like a tapas restaurant and you get to try lots of different dishes.

All the staff are helpful and the speed of service is relatively quick. This has become a regular restaurant for us whether with family, friends, old or young companions. Well recommended (but don't let everyone know!) :)
