Going to a restaurant where meat is in the front seat, at a price of €70, -, and it then is served raw is the kind of experience you would not expect. We couldn’t hardly chew us through the meat, cause not only was it raw, but also full of tendons. Sorry, but that was under par big time. The meat was supposed to be the hero of the evening.
