They seem to not grasp the concept of al dente as my pasta was mushy; the pesto sauce was rather salty and missed complexity of flavours that a good pasta al pesto should have. The pasta came with a piece of old bread and an unfitting garnish. I also had to eat rather quickly in order to not miss my train home at the end of the evening because the order took unnecessarily long. I could make a better pasta al pesto myself for a lower price, which is not what I look for when I go to a restaurant.
