Calla's in Den Haag

Well, What Can I say?
I was expecting a gustative experience, I wished I was blowned away . I was not.

The very first amuse bouche , I asked myself if it meant to be cold or hot.

The visual in general was not exceptional. There was no " waouw".

The taste was ok, we ate well but not exquisitely well for a stared maison.
What I missed the most is the temperature of the food. I could guess if it meant to be eaten cold or hot, as mostly food came tiede.

The wine, the staff has no idea what they are talking about.

In my booking ( 23 days) I asked a romantic table, we received a table in front of the stairs .
We were incomfortably sitted as we're not side by side or infront of each other. We were both facing the same direction. 😑 Which was ... the stairs and where the staff were preparing the serving.

The personnel couldn't speak not even a word of French in a restaurant of French cuisine, that was a disappointing.
