Tokyo Ramen Iki in Amsterdam

Yesterday i was going for lunch with my family, everything was fine until the ramen arrived.
The broth was a good 7/10 and there was a okay selection on flavors. When we tasted the noodles they tasted and smelled like ammonia. The gyoza arrived cold and were pork dumplings (we ordered chicken) the server kept on talking with her colleagues all the time and didn’t came to help us, we waited 45 minutes for her. When we stood up to pay for our meal we asked them why the noodles tasted and smelled like ammonia and they told us we were lying and there was no such thing possible. When my mom kindly asked if they please wanted to smell the noodles just to believe us they said we were crazy and laughed at us and said that ramen always taste like this. Me and my family travel around the world for work and eat ramen everywhere so we where shockt when they said that.
There was a dutch cook in the kitchen who spoke perfectly dutch but he kept on talking in a different language with a dutch accent because he didn’t wanted to help us. They solved the problem by letting us pay our meal and letting us leave with laughter following us. There was no explanation or a apologize. We ate two bowls of ramen and a side of gyoza with 4 drinks out total was €70 which i am willing to pay gladly if the ramen is good. Definitely would not recommend this place!
