Cafetaria 't Poteind in Zundert

It's been almost a year now since I visited this cafeteria.

A Dutch friend of mine took me along to Poteind, when I was visiting him during my stay in Holland.

Upon arrival I was shown to a table by my friend. He was used to sit down over there.

Judging by the looks and style of the cafeteria I was given a decent and neat impression.

We hadn't had to wait for a long time before a young man came to take our orders. A positive remark concerning service: he wasn't afraid of trying to communicate in English to me.

First we were given the soup. Of course I wasn't expecting a soup of Jamie Oliver quality, but this one could have been better. The presentation was reasonable though.

After the soup they served us our chips and additional fried food.

It was of good quality. No complains at all.

The price is in balance with the quality.

Summarised:

+Good quality in terms of fast food.

++Customer service was also very good. Hospitable and polite.

+ The cafeteria appeared clean and neat.

-- It's clear the soup isn't their main concern. (However my mate told me that they have altered their soup offer)

For me it seems as a really proper cafeteria. A good place for 'the regular man' to have a good and basic dinner.

P.s. I can't draw conclusions regarding the take-away part.
